Shipping Policy
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Shipping Rates: We have a standard shipping rates for all USA destination. We also offer Express Shipping and Free Shipping. All shipping charges will be displayed at checkout, you will be able to select the nest option for your needs.
- Shipping Carrier: We use trusted carriers such as UPS and USPS to ship orders. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
- Shipping Restrictions: We currently only ship within the United States. Costumers from countries like Dominican Republic can use their courier address in the USA.
Return Policy
- Returns: We accept returns within 10 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
- Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges
At Arena Di Mare we have an exchange policy in place to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you wish to exchange an order, please note that you must return the original order with the tag and original packaging intact. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will then get in contact with you to specify the details of your new item.
Please note that we only accept exchanges for items that are in new and unused condition. If you have any questions or concerns about our exchange policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.
